Senior Financial Analyst, Global Services Business Unit Finance Position Overview and Responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be to business partner to drive financial analysis and decision-making to achieve strategic goals and to provide financial expertise across the different GS organizations. Responsibilities:

  • GS HR Financial Close Support to FP&A team
  • Monitoring & Analysis of CICO (Charge In, Charge Out) charges for all GS HR
  • Talent acquisition allocation model support for GS HR
  • Support Power BI cost model for GS HR
  • Mapping Point of contact for G/L details to help enable streamlined reporting & analysis.
  • Provide support for Cost to Serve Metrics across GS
  • Collaborate with GS Ops, GS SBS, and GS HR to develop annual operating budgets/forecasts (Business Plan, June Update, November Update) and long-term financial plans (LRFP).
  • Conduct financial analysis, including Quarter close variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario modeling, to support global initiatives and programs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize spending and prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to understand their financial needs, agree on goals, and develop financial strategies that support objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between Finance and the business facilitating effective communication and ensuring financial information is accurately shared and understood by non-finance partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance and Procurement).
