The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Public Accounting, a CPA certification, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. The successful candidate will work closely with our Finance team to ensure the accuracy of our financial records, provide financial analysis, and develop financial strategies to support the growth of our business.Responsibilities:Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysisAnalyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior managementPrepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulationsDevelop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracyManage and mentor junior accounting staffAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesCollaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-dateParticipate in special projects as assignedQualifications:CPA certification requiredBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of experience in Public Accounting or Financial Services industryStrong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesIf you are a results-driven Senior Accountant with a passion for Finance and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
