Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quant Developer with
expertise in AWS, Java, Scala, and C++. As a Quant Developer, you
will work closely with our quantitative analysts and software
engineers to design, implement, and maintain high-performance
trading and risk management systems. Your strong programming skills
and deep understanding of financial markets will be critical in
developing and optimizing algorithms, models, and strategies.Client

- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to understand and
translate complex mathematical models into efficient and scalable
software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance quantitative
trading and risk management systems.
- Implement and optimize algorithms and strategies for market
data processing, trading, and risk analysis.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality,
reliability, and stability of the developed systems.
- Monitor and analyze trading system performance, identify areas
for improvement, and propose and implement enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and
best practices in quantitative finance and software
development.
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, including
quantitative analysts, software engineers, and other stakeholders,
to deliver high-quality solutions.Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics,
Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, and C++. Proficiency
in Python is a plus.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS,
for designing and deploying scalable and reliable systems.
- Solid understanding of quantitative finance concepts, including
pricing models, risk management, and algorithmic trading.
- Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and data
sources.
- Familiarity with distributed computing, parallel processing,
and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a
fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively
work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and
