Job Description:
Job Description A privately held real estate investment and
management platform is seeking an experienced Property Controller
to oversee financial reporting and accounting operations across a
portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets. This leadership role
offers the opportunity to manage a team and collaborate
cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead all property-level accounting and
financial reporting functions Manage and develop accounting staff,
including AP and AR teams Coordinate with JV partners, lenders, and
internal stakeholders Review CAM, tax, and insurance
reconciliations and annual budgets Oversee audits and tax filings
in collaboration with external advisors Ensure compliance,
accuracy, and timeliness across all reporting processes
Qualifications 8 years of experience in real estate accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Strong Excel and system
skills (e.g., MRI, Yardi, Kardin, Avid) Proven leadership and
communication abilities
