Job Description Job Description Position Overview: This position
is responsible for supporting corporate and functional financial
planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial
analysis, and internal reporting. Reporting to the VP of Finance,
the Associate Director of Finance will play a key role in ensuring
the accuracy and consistency of financial information, partnering
with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making, and
delivering timely insights aligned with the company’s planning
calendar. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and management
of financial planning, forecasting, and internal reporting
processes across the organization. Partner with functional leaders
to establish annual budgets, baseline expectations, and quarterly
forecast updates. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal
financial reporting packages, dashboards, and executive-level
presentations. Perform variance analysis and provide clear
financial insights to support business performance reviews. Serve
as a financial advisor to departmental leaders, supporting
cross-functional planning and resource allocation. Build and
maintain financial models to evaluate investment decisions,
strategic initiatives, and business cases. Develop and monitor key
performance metrics, ensuring meaningful measurements are tracked
and analyzed. Support corporate strategic planning efforts in
collaboration with finance leadership. Provide business
intelligence and reporting tools that enable functional teams to
effectively manage operations and drive change. Assist in
developing and implementing finance processes, procedures, and
reporting improvements to support scalability and operational
efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive FP&A experience. Proven
ability to build clear, practical financial models that support
forecasting and decision-making. Strong understanding of the
connection between financial performance, operational drivers, and
strategic outcomes. Advanced proficiency with financial systems and
analytical tools. Experience customizing reporting within an ERP
environment. Experience supporting the development or
implementation of finance processes, procedures, and operational
improvements. Excellent communication and presentation skills,
including comfort presenting to executive audiences. Highly
collaborative, team-oriented professional with strong
relationship-building abilities. Exceptional attention to detail,
organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities under
deadlines. Salary Range: $160k - $200k
