Backed Securitization Group (“ABSG”) originates loans and
structures/underwrites term ABS issuance secured by financial
assets originated and serviced by captive finance companies, banks
and other specialty finance companies. Overview This role functions
as the primary support for senior ABSG bankers. Individual will
support the entire deal execution process (for both warehouse and
term ABS) including in the pitch / proposal, terms negotiation,
ratings process / analysis, structuring, document review and
closing. Primary responsibilities include: ABS issuer portfolio
data analysis (losses and collateral) Perform credit, sector and
relative value analysis Monitor ABS asset class performance New
asset class research Prepare financial models that assess the
economic impact of potential ABS debt transactions and determine
the qualitative merits/drawbacks Assist in the preparation for and
execution of term ABS bond offerings, including completion of
internal procedures, legal documentation review, marketing
materials review and coordination with the syndicate desk Work
alongside internal deal team members, including Credit Risk
Management, Portfolio Management, Sales & Trading, and Legal
professionals Work with external deal team members during deal
execution Maintain term ABS bond market information for issuer
analysis and presentation materials used in client meetings,
updates and proposals Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree
(concentration in Finance or Accounting preferred), or equivalent
work experience Three or more years of relevant work experience
Series 79 and 63 licenses Preferred Skills/Experience Deep
understanding of the ABS market, securitization deal documents, and
deal structures Previous experience supporting asset backed banking
teams and with the ABS markets Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint and
Bloomberg High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal
skills and a broad intellectual capacity Demonstrated capability
for analysis and strategic thinking Teamwork skills and the ability
to communicate ideas and recommendations effectively Comfortable
functioning both independently and as part of a team, meeting

U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including

requirements). Pay Range: $132,260.00 - $155,600.00 U.S. Bank will
