This role is pivotal in overseeing the risk management strategies and procedures to safeguard our asset management division. The ideal candidate will harness analytical skills, deep industry knowledge, and a strategic mindset to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and the company’s risk appetite. This position demands precision in risk assessment, effective communication across departments, and proactive leadership in a dynamic financial landscape. Develop and implement risk assessment models and frameworks specific to asset management. Coordinate with asset managers to integrate risk management practices into investment strategies. Monitor compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements. Report risk findings and make strategic recommendations to senior management. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts to build a robust risk culture. Proficient in risk assessment tools and software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategies Ability to synthesize complex information and present it effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification
