As the Administrative Assistant, Office Services, you will use your knowledge and experience to guide us on the road to success. What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Order and replenish all pantry items for two office locations
  • Maintain cleanliness of office pantries
  • Order and replenish all office supplies for two office locations
  • Check conference rooms and communal areas throughout the day to ensure that all work areas are clean and have adequate supplies
  • Oversee basic functions of office printers, faxes and copy machines by ordering and replacing paper and toner
  • Coordinate mail/package delivery; sort mail and unpack boxed packages
  • Provide backup support when the office manager is away
  • Welcome guests and manage proper security and/or visitor protocols
  • Assist with catering orders from outside vendors for office lunches and internal meetings
  • Assist office manager and c-level executives with various ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Ensure proper COVID-19 protocols are being followed and that the office remains compliantWhat you need to succeed at XPO:It'd be great if you also have:
    • Associates or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
      • 2-4 years of administrative experience in a corporate office environment with at least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a corporate office environment
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
        • Extraordinary organizational skills
        • Ability to work under pressure
