Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. About us: We are a luxury home furnishing's company that specializes in high end kitchen and bath fixtures As an administrative assistant you will get to see how our business operates and will learn valuable business and design skills Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Liaison between clients and sales/back-office team Assisting with providing the "luxury client experience" Entering quotes and orders Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ---Strong organizational skills 1-2 years in an office setting
