Job Description and location: La Suite Skincare Greenwich is growing We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and organized fulfillment associate/office assistant. Our clinic/boutique is centrally located near the Greenwich train station within close proximity to the bustling and prestigious Greenwich Avenue. We strive to provide a five-star customer experience to our discerning clientele and seek like-minded individuals to advance our mission. Attributes and skills: A positive, dependable client-first professional attitude, strong work ethic, excellent logistics management. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a sense of urgency Organizational, planning, problem-solving, detail oriented, courteous and professional Knowledge of customer service responsibilities, order fulfillment, systems and procedures Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; phone skills a must Proficiency in Word, Excel, GSheets, Gmail mandatory; knowledge of CRM software, shipping software and Shopify a plus A neat, polished and professional appearance that is commensurate with our atmosphere Understanding of spa protocol and punctuality and cooperative team playing Responsibilities: Process, pull and pack website orders; review daily orders, pick with accuracy, pack to La Suite standard, label with care, ship with confidence by coordinating with providers Handle all customer service inquiries related to previously shipped orders; provide product information as requested Problem-solve and tailor solutions for customer issues; order changes, delivery issues, expediting, sampling Publish daily sales reports of shipped products Maintain shipping, receiving and common areas, keeping tidy, stocked and replenished Count, verify and update on-hand inventory Receive incoming orders accurately, stock boutique, record receivings, communicate arrivals Assist founder with special projects, reporting, sourcing and inquiries Assist team with special requests, repairs and daily needs replenishment Attendance to on-going product and service trainings and staff meetings Committed and inspired to understanding services and retail product lines in order to quickly and accurately answer customer questions Communicative and cooperative team-player with client---s needs top-of-mind Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor---s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years minimum experience in a like-minded environment preferred Flexible with work schedule. Ability to work varying shifts, including Saturdays Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for periods of time, reach, bend and lift The responsibilities and scope of this position may change from time to time.
