Job Description:
Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking an
Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to join their Greenwich, CT
team. The hours are 7:30am-5pm (flex for OT and 24/7 availability
needed) and this role is in the office five days a
week.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the administrative point of contact for the CEO
- Schedule meetings and arrange catering/AV needs
- Book travel and create itineraries
- Process expenses
- Draft and distribute correspondence on behalf of CEO
- Assist with ad hoc projects and errands as
requiredQualifications:
- Degree preferred
- 5-7+ years of EA experience to C-Suite, preferably in
professional services
- Ability to operate in the gray and thrive in a fast paced
environment
- Poised professional with strong communication skills
- Capable of handling confidential information with
discretionCompensation/Benefits:
- Up to $140K base depending on experience + bonus
