Job Description:

Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to join their Greenwich, CT team. The hours are 7:30am-5pm (flex for OT and 24/7 availability needed) and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for the CEO
  • Schedule meetings and arrange catering/AV needs
  • Book travel and create itineraries
  • Process expenses
  • Draft and distribute correspondence on behalf of CEO
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and errands as requiredQualifications:
    • Degree preferred
    • 5-7+ years of EA experience to C-Suite, preferably in professional services
    • Ability to operate in the gray and thrive in a fast paced environment
    • Poised professional with strong communication skills
    • Capable of handling confidential information with discretionCompensation/Benefits:
      • Up to $140K base depending on experience + bonus
