Job Description:

Experienced Receptionist needed for our client. This is the front desk position and handles a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.


The candidate we are looking for must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, superior customer service skills & 2 years of receptionist experience.


The duties listed are essential for the position. This is an overview of the position & does not include all tasks and responsibilities.


Answer phones, must be able to handle multiple phone lines


Greet & direct visitors


Check voice-mail & forward as needed


File paperwork and keys


Respond to emails


Scan


Fax


Copy


Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent


Type 35 wpm or higher


Computer skills including proficiency with MS Word & Excel.


Ability to prioritize & keep organized


Experience using office equipment including copier, fax machine, multi-line phones.
