As the Executive Assistant - Public Relations, you will provide concierge-level support to key business leaders.   • Help the Communications team reach peak productivity by supporting public relations, internal communications and social media
  • Maintain accurate calendars, schedule events and coordinate media interviews and recaps
  • Participate in confidential meetings and take notes on details and action items
  • Draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Plan and arrange global travel itineraries and accommodations
  • Work seamlessly with internal and external partners to organize media events
  • Provide research and analysis on media coverage, reporters and current news storiesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you---ll need:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
    • 2 or more years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
    • Typing speed of at least 70+ wpm (as typing is a critical skill for this position, we encourage you to review and practice your typing skills throughout your application process here: be great if you also have:
      • An eye for detail, meticulous grammar and tons of creativity
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
      • Highly-organized work style with excellent interpersonal skills
