Our client, a leading organization in the vending solutions
industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Customer
Support Representative to join their team. As a Field Customer
Support Representative , you will be an integral part of the
Customer Support department supporting the MSC team. The ideal
candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enjoy
helping others, pay close attention to detail, be a problem solver,
and be comfortable working independently. These qualities will help
you succeed and grow within the organization. Job Title: Field
Customer Support Representative Location: Deer Park, NY Pay Range:
$ 21.50/hr Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm What's the Job?
Drive MSC customer loyalty through support and promotion of
solutions Support and collaborate with MSC customer solutions and
sales associates via the CARE program Maintain a clean and
organized appearance of all solutions equipment in accordance with
6S standards Log daily activities accurately in SFDC and ensure
stock levels are maintained Connect with customers to ensure
retention and promote solution expansion through spot buy and
incremental growth What's Needed? Good communication skills and a
passion for helping people Strong attention to detail and
problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage
time effectively Basic knowledge of inventory management solutions
Willingness to participate in safety compliance and special
