You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. We need a dedicated team member that has experience in management, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry. Location: Russell Speeders Car Wash Fairfield County, CT General Requirements Authorized to work in the U.S. · 18 years of age or older · 50 Hour Work Week – Including Evenings and Weekends · Advanced Computer Skills · Mechanical aptitude or knowledge · 4 years of successful management experience · Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus! · Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred Responsibilities Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives Drive business for your site of operation Develop your team and manage corrective action Repair minor mechanical issues Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met Manage all fiscal responsibility for site Other duties as assigned $75,000 - $75,000 a year Annual Salary Operational Bonus Profit Sharing Bonus Company Core Values S.E.L.F.
