Description: Looking for a dynamic, detailed-oriented,
Presentation/Desktop Operator to help support our growing team.
Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the financial
industry as a Desktop Operator within Investment Banking. Candidate
must be on-site for at least 2 days per week , more if necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities: Produce high-quality pitchbooks,
presentations, and other client materials using PowerPoint. Must be
an expert in PowerPoint and be able to work with slide master to
create custom pages Create and edit multi-page/multi-section
documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs,
charts, presentations and other print/design projects Create custom
design templates from scratch to match client’s branding, logo,
look and feel Proofread completed projects to ensure quality and
accuracy Must have solid knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom and
Illustrator Possess discretion to handle sensitive and/or
confidential documents and information Requirements: Two (2) years’
experience in the financial industry as a Desktop Operator within
Investment Banking Please look for candidates who are an expert in
MS PowerPoint Financial industry/Investment Banking background is a
must professional demeanor. We are not looking for a PowerPoint
designer , instead we are looking for somebody who can analyze and
convert given data into bar , chart, or graphical representations
for Investment Bankers.
