Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. A contract position is available for a licensed School Psychologist to serve in K-12 public schools in New Haven, CT, for the 2025-2026 school year. This role focuses on supporting students in Pre-K through 8th grade across multiple school buildings, including programs for students with autism and multilingual learner populations. Key Qualifications: Connecticut School Psychologist License required Masters degree or higher in Educational Psychology Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students Position Details: Start Date: January 16, 2026 End Date: June 17, 2026 Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours over 5 days Grade Levels Supported: Pre-K through 8th grade, with primary focus on K-6 Roles available across multiple settings: Pre-K to 6th-grade school with an autism program Two-building district, serving students in self-contained classrooms and resource rooms Pre-K to 8th-grade school with a large multilingual learner population and autism support classrooms Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and behavioral support to students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to intervention strategies Benefits include highly competitive compensation, weekly pay, comprehensive insurance options (medical, dental, vision, life), 401k matching, and flexible spending accounts.
