beyond? The P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting (EVA&R)
organization, within Military Engines Program Management
Excellence, is looking for a motivated and disciplined individual
to join its team as the Senior Manager for the Fighter & Mobility
EVA&R team. This is a unique opportunity to learn the nuances
of supporting the execution of a variety of Sustainment and
Component Improvement Program (CIP) contracts in parallel,
requiring management of conflicting priorities based on
deliverables cycles, exceptional time management and communication
skills, and supporting internal and external customer inquiries and
requests. The successful candidate must understand contract
requirements of EVMS compliant programs, EVM Guidelines
interpretation, and have familiarity with the EVM toolset and
military engine program business rhythm. What You Will Do: Lead and
develop a team of two supervisors and approximately 13 Earned Value
program and deployed Analysts by sharing knowledge of Earned Value
Management System (EVMS) metrics in relentless pursuit of deeper
data analytics to correct or explain data trips and variances so
that the Earned Value data is actively used by stakeholders at all
levels to manage their projects and support contract execution.
Develop a partnership with critical stakeholders, including the
Program Management Office (PMO), WBS Managers, and CAMs for each
engineering area supporting the Fighter & Mobility programs, as
well as colleagues within associated matrix organizations including
the Earned Value Center of Excellence (EV CoE), Program Financial
Support (PFS), Government Accounting, Contracts, and Business
Acquisition Center of Excellence (BACE). Lead team to support
customers with informational data analysis and interactive
analytical dashboards. Develop EVMS planning and execution
strategies in support of contract award and modification
implementation. Timely decision making throughout the monthly
business rhythm to effectively support the program in delivering
high quality and compliant reporting and respond to various
customer requests in support of analysis and compliance. Drive
application of CORE tools and process improvement; support creation
of process flow maps and standard work documents. Provide job
training as required to improve team capability, support team with
pursuing development objectives. Qualifications You Must Have :
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant
experience; or an advanced Degree with a minimum of 7 years of
relevant experience. Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may
require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals
who possess US citizenship. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, with a minimum of 5 years of analytical, deduction and
trending skills. Demonstrated leadership ability and the capacity
to gather support from a team. Qualifications We Prefer: Degree in
Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.

salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
