Job Description:
Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Assistant
Facilities Manager to maintain the day to day operations of the
Greenwich, CT office space. This position will report into the
Global Office Manager and requires partnership with the Reception
Team and Administrative Team. Responsibilities include, but are not
limited to maintaining kitchen food and inventory, stocking and
ordering food for two pantries, coordinating with building
management as needed on repairs and cleaning, handling daily mail
and package delivery, managing daily lunch distribution, developing
and maintaining vendor relationships, researching new services and
appliances to facilitate operations, serving as back-up to
reception as needed, and completing special projects. Must have a
valid Driver's License and have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook,
Word, and Excel. Salary is $75K.
