Job Description:

Designer brand Cynthia Rowley is seeking an experienced retail sales professional with at least a years of sales experience for our Greenwich, CT location. Sales professionals are brand ambassadors who create high-quality experiences for our customers while building a strong, loyal clientele base. Other responsibilities include the following:

• Achieve/exceed individual and store sales goals - enhancing and developing the business
• Develop strong relationships with clients
• Provide an exceptional customer service
• Work as a team player, foster open and constructive communication to contribute to a positive working environment
• Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with visual standards
• Contribute to the daily operations of the store, by maintaining a neat and organized stock roomKey Requirements
  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organization and follow-up
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.Additional Compensation:
