Job Description:
Product ManagerEdgewater Markets is looking for a Product
Manager who will be responsible for the growth & development of our
product lines and proprietary platforms & will be instrumental in
delivering solutions that satisfy the needs of our customers. The
ideal candidate has strong problem solving, writing and
organizational skills, with a working knowledge of financial market
technology. You will be working on a real-time trading systems
responsible for all trading operations at Edgewater Markets and
those of our global white label clients. Contribute to all aspects
of application development including requirement specifications,
design, project management and production support.This is a
terrific opportunity for a Product Manager who has a strong
interest in electronic markets. The role will be located at our
headquarters reporting to our Chief Product Manager.Key Duties &
ResponsibilitiesDemonstrating an ability to distill complex product
requirements into revenue generating solutions. You will be
required to support our sales, trading and support teams in a
proactive & self-directed manner. Your responsibility includes all
phases of the product development life cycle.--- Detailed
understanding of existing product functionality--- Detailed
understanding of system configurations--- Requirement gathering and
documentation--- Monitoring of development lifecycle--- ROI
tracking of feature development--- Collaborate with development on
design ideas--- Provide product training--- Provide product
demonstrations--- Provide day-to-day support for the
applicationsRequirements, Skills & Experience--- Must have 4+ years
of relevant industry experience in Product Management--- Must have
2+ year experience in financial markets--- Preferred exposure to
Jira--- Willingness to learn new technologies & adopt the mindset
of an agnostic problem solver--- Proficiency in Power Point and
ExcelBasic Qualifications:4 year College Degree
