The Assistant Operations Manager will have the unique opportunity
to oversee Food & Beverage as well as Rooms Operations they will
have oversight of the banquet staff, event set up, room service
functions as well as overseeing front office staff, cash control
for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional
responsibilities may include training, staff development and
scheduling.
