As Project Manager, you will oversee and provide day-to-day management of the Interactive Brokers' debit/prepaid/charge card programs, business development, and operations. In addition, you will implement objectives and plans to support the development and management of the debit/prepaid/charge card programs. Your AML/BSA knowledge will allow you to oversee the processing and settlement of the daily transactions in the card programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the debit/prepaid/charge card programs.
  • Report on debit/prepaid card activity to all stakeholders and management.
  • Review all transactions for possible fraud and BSA/AML activity.
  • Support the development of debit/prepaid/charge card program strategies for both products and services provided by Interactive Brokers.
  • Work with management to identify and manage risks.
  • Assist with all independent audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Stay apprised of federal and state laws and regulations that impact debit/prepaid/charge card programs' business.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of all card products and collateral material.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to debit/prepaid/charge card programs.
  • Work collaboratively with various business units, including Treasury, Compliance, and Client Services.
  • Manage and lead the implementation of card/payment-related projects.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve processes and procedures.
  • Assist in and steer contract negotiations for debit/prepaid/charge card contracts. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
    • Five years of related experience, including general management, partnership development, or sales
    • Project Manager experience
    • Strong knowledge of AML/BSA
    • Strong knowledge of payment associations, especially Mastercard
    • Solid understanding of the Debit/Prepaid Card ecosystems
    • Solid understanding of and experience in payment processing and settlement
    • Demonstrated payment and debit/prepaid products and services subject matter expertise
    • Strong financial, operations, credit and business development skills and demonstrated ability to develop and implement the vision.
    • Advanced knowledge of payment-appropriate financial metrics, including business finance fundamentals, economics and accounting
    • Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
    • Technology-oriented and comfortable with business applications including Microsoft, Confluence, JIRA
