This individual will possess attention to detail and have solid communication skills. The overall job responsibility of the position is to review billing, manually post data and analyze certain general ledger accounts.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Journal entry approvalAssist in month-end close and reporting including a review of balance sheet accountsReview trade reconciliations and accounting for trade agreements including reservesEnsure compliance with internal reporting deadlinesAssist in yearend Audit and footnote preparationAssist in 401k AuditGenerate profit sharing schedules and calculation of paymentsSpecial projects as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred5-8 years of experience in public accounting or management company accountingExcellent knowledge of GAAPMicrosoft Office, specifically ExcelStrong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksMust be proficient in Excel. Experience with Acumatica preferred. Qualified candidates will possess excellent organizational skills and be very detail oriented.
