• Assumes clinical and operational responsibility as well as fiscal responsibility for his/her assigned Department(s)
• Works collaboratively with the Regional Patient Care Director, The Senior Director of Operations and Chief Nursing Officer, Department Heads, and other administrators to provide leadership, direction and management for clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and services in all clinical areas - -You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. -Required Qualifications: -
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current licensure as an LPN or Registered Nurse in New York State -Preferred Qualifications: - - -
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Clinical management experience -New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $67,800 to $133,100+ per year.
