A leading distribution company is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Distribution Center Manager to oversee warehouse operations at a high-velocity facility. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in inventory, logistics, and team management. This is a key role with strategic and hands-on responsibilities, ideal for someone looking to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, order processing, and logistics
  
  
• 
  Oversee receiving, storage, cycle counts, and replenishment to maintain accurate stock levels
  
  
• 
  Lead, train, and evaluate a team of warehouse supervisors and associates
  
  
• 
  Drive operational goals and develop SOPs for critical processes
  
  
• 
  Enforce safety, productivity, and quality control procedures
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives
  
  
• 
  Coordinate logistics with carriers, suppliers, and retail locations
  
  
• 
  Track KPIs and operational metrics, and implement process improvements
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  
  
• 
  Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives
  
  
• 
  Support quality control standards and customer satisfaction
  
  
• 
  Perform other duties as assigned
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
    
    
  • 
    5+ years in DC/logistics management; 3+ years in a supervisory role
    
    
  • 
    Bilingual: Mandarin required (English/Spanish a plus)
    
    
  • 
    Food Handlers Card, HACCP, GMP, or SQF Certification preferred
    
    
  • 
    Proficiency in WMS, inventory control systems, and Google Workspace
    
    
  • 
    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    
    
  • 
    Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and budget management
