We are assisting an o utpatient treatment center located in Greenwich, CT in their search for a full-time licensed clinical therapist ( lpc, lcsw or lmft) . The clinician will join multidisciplinary clinical team that provides evidenced-based treatments for OCD, social phobia, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and trauma. The clinician is a personable, articulate, and highly skilled CBT clinician who is both empathetic and goals oriented. The clinician will be responsible for providing innovative, evidence-based treatment to individuals, groups, and families for anxiety and related disorders. This position is responsible for providing direct client treatment, developing treatment plans, collaborating with peers, and interfacing and coaching families to facilitate recovery for our clients. The successful clinician will have extensive training in CBT, have an affinity for working with adolescents and young adults, be licensed in Connecticut, exhibit a track-record of clinical success, and thrive working with a team of dedicated professionals. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of individual, group and family therapy experience with school/college aged individuals and their parents. Preference will be given to those will experience/proficiency using E/RP protocols for OCD, and/or those who have a personal understanding for anxiety disorders and a professional passion for its treatment. Affinity to work with school/college aged individuals and their parents. Master's degree with a CT license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC Employer offers an excellent salary and benefit package, including a very generous time off policy and sign on bonus.   • Providing individual and family therapy
  • Administer individual and group therapy
  • Provide individual, family and group therapy
  • Provide outpatient sexual offender treatment groups
  • Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling
  • Provide individual, family and/or group therapy to children, adolescents and adults
  • Communicate patient progress, treatment plan and aftercare with family and outpatient therapist
  • Providing individual, group and family therapy
  • Develop effective and timely treatment goals with measurable objectives and well defined roles
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups and outpatient counseling services to identified population
  • Providing diagnostic assessments, formulating treatment plans, and providing ongoing individual, family and group therapy primarily to adults
  • Providing mental health and substance abuse counseling to children, adolescents, adults and/or families
  • Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families
  • Perform individual and family therapy sessions within the framework of treatment plan goals
  • Perform individual and family therapy sessions within the frame work of treatment plan goals
  • Provide individual and group therapy to adolescents with mental health (with and without comorbid substance abuse) disorders
  • Facilitate individual sessions with outpatient clients demonstrating knowledge of eating disorders and the principles and techniques of group therapy
  • Providing outpatient psychotherapy to children and adolescents in a diverse population
  • Providing outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse population
