Position Highlights/Responsibilities:

• The Nephrology department consists of multiple nephrologists and is fully supported with a team of clinical & non-clinical staff as well as APCs
  
• Physician-centric and physician focused

  Required Qualifications:
  
• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process--
  
• Board Certification or board eligibility in Nephrology --
  
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start--

  New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $277,470 to $468,600. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
