Part-time and PRN opportunities available on all shifts!**Essential Duties & Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):** Assess and document resident progress in the medical record.* Monitor turning and positioning of residents.* Obtain changes in physicians orders as indicated by residents progress or lack of progress* Communicate pertinent information about resident condition and progress to charge nurses, supervisors and Director of Nursing, as indicated.* Maintain clean, orderly treatment cart and restock treatment supplies.* Follow Infection Control policies and procedures.* Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered by the physician and according to all facility policies and procedures.* Document pressure sore status weekly or more often as condition changes.* Participate in Quality Improvement activities, as assigned.*Job Requirements of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):** Licensed Practical Nurse current state license.* *new grads welcome** Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.* Effective verbal and written English communication skills.* Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.* Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.* Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insurancePhysical Setting:* Long term care* Nursing homeSupplemental Pay:* Signing bonusLicense/Certification:* BLS Certification (Preferred)* LPN (Required)Ability to Commute:* Trenton, NJ (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Trenton, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
