    Job Requirements
    
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing
      
    • Valid Registered Nurse License (Pending License accepted)
      
    • BLS and NIH Certifications required
      
    • COVID-19 Vaccine Required + Booster (Medical/Religious Exemptions only)
      
    • Flu Vaccine Required (No Exemptions)

      • Deliver high-quality patient care in the Telemetry unit
        
      • Adapt to facility needs by floating within scope
        
      • Ensure accurate and timely charting using Epic software
        
      • Comply with hospital policies and procedures
