Required Qualifications: Registered nurse and successful completion of a certified post-graduate program for nurse-midwives Board Certified for practice by national examination and state license Training and experience: Unless otherwise indicated, one year of current experience within the last three years in a comparable job classification Able to obtain state license in New York for advanced practice Able to obtain state and federal Controlled Substance Registration Would you thrive with Optum? Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
