Registered Nurse (RN) | Psych Location: New York City, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,226 per week Shift Information: 3 days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Psych RN in New York City, New York, 10032! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Psych Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 11.5 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 Years in Specialty in Last 3 Years License: Client RN License Certifications: CPI Certification from any issuing body, AHA BLS Must-Have: - BSN - EMR experience - Travel Experience in Northeast or Large Metropolitan Areas - Experience in Level 1 Trauma Description: CPI Certification is required from any issuing body. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:6. The unit operates as a locked facility for patients aged 17 years and older. Travelers may hold cleared psych patients in the emergency department but will not be responsible for medical emergency department patients. Interviews will include a voice advantage interview and a nurse manager screening. Compliance processes may take 4-6 weeks to complete. There is no call requirement associated with this position. Weekend work is required every other weekend. There is no float requirement for this role. Scrubs required are navy bottoms and white tops or all white attire. Candidates must have a skills checklist in the required skill set. Offers are valid for 48 business hours.
