Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel About the Job We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a clinical setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents in accordance with established policies and procedures - Assess patient conditions and monitor changes in health status - Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed - Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members - Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions - Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations - Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of assignment - Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or acute care preferred - Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compliance requirements must be met prior to start What We Offer - Competitive weekly pay - Housing and travel stipends (if applicable) - Medical, dental, and vision benefits - Dedicated recruiter and clinical support throughout the assignment Towne U.S. LLC Job ID 17744022.
