Island • Manhattan Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible start times
(8–4, 9–5, or 10–6) Type: Full-Time | Contract with opportunity to
become permanent We are seeking a compassionate and clinically
strong Registered Nurse (RN) to support adults with developmental
and physical disabilities in community-based group home and
residential care settings. This role is ideal for nurses with
relevant community-based experience who are looking for meaningful,

Key Responsibilities - Perform ongoing health assessments and
monitor resident conditions - Administer medications and
treatments; ensure accurate and timely documentation - Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams and families to develop and update
care plans - Provide health education and training to direct care
staff - Respond to medical concerns and emergencies in accordance
with protocols - Ensure compliance with nursing, residential care,
and regulatory standards Must-Have Qualifications - Active New York
State Registered Nurse (RN) license - Minimum 1 year of nursing
experience - Experience in group home, residential care, home care,
long-term care, or community health - Strong clinical judgment and
assessment skills - Excellent communication, organization, and
documentation abilities - Ability to work independently while
collaborating with a multidisciplinary team - Compassionate,
dependable, and resident-centered approach to care Nice-to-Have
Qualifications - Experience supporting individuals with
developmental and/or physical disabilities - Experience with
medication administration and staff education in non-hospital
settings - Comfort working across multiple residential sites within
