Orthodontic Dental Assistant ! You’ll work side-by-side with
doctors, help create confident smiles, and keep our patients

Functions: Performs sterilization procedures following protocols
set in accordance with established guidelines Prepares dental
equipment and instrumentation - tray set-ups for dental procedures
Obtains diagnostic records ordered by a dentist including X-Rays,
intra-oral scans/photos, and alginate impressions Provides direct
patient care under the direct supervision of a dentist Creates
entries in patients' medical records as directed by the treating
dentist Provides patient education including care instructions
Performs basic lab duties including the fabrication of Essix
retainers Prepares and documents lab cases ensuring timely delivery
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6
months of experience in a dental or healthcare setting. Knowledge
and understanding of dental terminology, techniques, and
procedures. Registered Dental Assistant in the state of New Jersey
(preferred). Compliance with continuing education requirements to
maintain state license/certification (if applicable). Proficiency
in dental software and technology. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous learning and
professional development. Ability to work efficiently in a

Full-time Compensation: Pay range starting at $20.00 an hour; final
offer will be determined by experience and qualifications. Job
Location: In-person; local travel between offices may be required.
Work Hours : Monday-Thursday (8:30 am - 6 pm or 9:30 am - 7 pm),
Friday (8:30 am - 5 pm), Saturday (8:30 am - 4 pm)
