The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in therapy to provide direct patient care services that restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities in a diverse patient population. This role requires a compassionate professional who is committed to the highest standards of patient care and excellence. Assess patient condition by conducting physical tests and evaluations to determine muscle strength, joint stability, range of motion, and other motor functions. Develop treatment plans by identifying short and long-term goals, choosing specific exercises, and administering manual stretching and strengthening techniques. Implement therapeutic interventions to address patient needs, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatments, therapy exercises, and injury prevention. Maintain patient records by documenting patient care and progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to craft integrated care plans. Strong expertise in physical therapy modalities and techniques Ability to operate and maintain physical therapy equipment Excellent patient assessment skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey CPR and first aid certification preferred
