Physical Therapist Location: Cortlandt Manor, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,599 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 29 Weeks Start Date: 5/25/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 29 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (08:00 - 17:30; 10:00 - 20:30) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: New York State PT License required Certifications: CPR card preferred; Outpatient and EPIC experience highly preferred Must-Have: - Evaluation, planning, and administering treatments to restore function and prevent disability following injury. Description: Responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering treatments. Focus on restoring function and preventing disability following injury. Engage with patients in an outpatient setting. Conduct physical therapy sessions and follow best practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress. Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health records and charting systems. Uphold all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
