Job Description:

services, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Technician
(LMHT) to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to bridge the gap

future of mental health services. Assist mental health
professionals in the delivery of patient care. Conduct initial
patient assessments and collect patient history. Participate in the
development and implementation of treatment plans. Monitor patient
progress and update treatment plans as needed. Provide crisis
intervention and support as necessary. Maintain accurate and
confidential patient records. Educate patients and families on
treatment modalities and what they can expect from the therapy
process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic
knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment approaches.
Efficient in handling and safeguarding confidential information.
Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems. Medical
Insurance Required: Licensed Mental Health Technician (LMHT)
certification. Preferred: CPR and First Aid certification.
