Jersey Shore Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. Our CMAs play a critical role in conducting clinical tasks, managing patient care under the supervision of nurses and doctors, and ensuring patients receive the highest quality of personalized treatments. Assist doctors and nurses in patient assessments and care provisions. Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and collecting samples. Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes in medical records. Prepare examination rooms, sterilize medical instruments, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Educate and communicate with patients and their families about treatment plans and health maintenance. Proficient in clinical practices and protocols. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of medical software and tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
