Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The PTA will work under the supervision of our physical therapists to help our residents improve their mobility and manage their pain, as part of our commitment to providing high-quality long-term health care and rehabilitation services. This role requires a compassionate individual who is eager to facilitate the health and well-being of our patients. Assist physical therapists in providing therapeutic treatments and exercises. Document patient responses and progress. Educate patients and families on treatments and in-home exercises. Maintain equipment and treatment areas. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement complex treatment plans. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physical demands of the position. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and treatments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state PTA license is required.
