Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language
Pathologists all over Long Island, NY. This is a per diem 1099
position! Qualifications/Education Required: At least 1 year
experience with pediatric patients Therapist license and
registration BLS from American Heart Association Physical and
QuantiFERON within one year MMR Titers within 5 years Malpractice
Insurance NPI Worker's Comp certification Responsibilities: Assist
patients in redeeming their skills for independent living Implement
Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's
condition Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the
patient's condition Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be able to
stand/work for extended periods Additional responsibilities as
required Pay per visit: $75 for 30 min $85 for 45 min $100 for 1
