Job Description:

services, as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant and

health of our diverse clientele. In this role, you will work
closely under the supervision of our Occupational Therapists to
implement therapeutic plans and help patients develop, recover,
improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and
working. Assist Occupational Therapists in the development and
implementation of rehabilitation programs Document patient progress
and report to the supervising occupational therapist Help patients
develop, recover, maintain, and improve the skills needed for daily
living and working Educate patients and families on home programs
and therapies Ensure that the treatment area is prepared with
equipment and materials used in therapy interventions Comply with
regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow
detailed instructions Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment
and technology Knowledge of healthcare safety, standards, and
procedures Experience in therapeutic techniques and strategies used
in occupational therapy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
licensure required CPR certified
