experienced Sous Chef and Line Cooks. We operate 8 locations
throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties. We believe in our

The applicant must have excellent line production execution skills
in similar high-quality establishments along with the ability to
work under pressure. Experience as either a Sous Chef or Lead Line
Cook is required.
We are looking for professionals who are eager to learn and are
