Great starting pay! $27.70 per hour
A shift differential of $1.00 for hours worked between 6pm and 6am.

The Shift Leader will act as liaison between the Supervisor/ Manager, working with other departments as a cohesive unit.
What you will be doing:
Administer routine shift work, ensure good housekeeping, superior quality, GMP compliance, and that all BBU policies and procedures including safety are being followed.
--- Assist supervisors and associates in the performance of all duties and will aid in the performance of all the duties and will assist in acquiring additional skills of associates.
--- Perform duties assigned by their supervisor or manager in an efficient and professional manner.
--- Compliance to all BBU rules & regulations as well as the BCTGM local 53 CBA.
--- Maintain knowledge of accountability procedures & responsible for completion of all required paperwork associated with the Shift Leader position.
--- Cover associate lunches & regular breaks as needed.
--- Maintain knowledge of job requirements for the positions in the specific department.
--- Maintain knowledge of posted work schedules.
--- Report and take necessary action to prevent food safety and or quality issue.
--- Follow and enforce procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and any other programs that support the food safety and quality systems and other 3rd party audits.
--- Communicate with other associates and production management in a professional manner. Escalate concerns and consult with senior management to resolve all problems.
--- Notify Production Management immediately of any substandard quality.
--- Understand and carry out written and or verbal instructions and direction.
--- Communicate with relief to ensure a smooth transition from shift to shift.
--- Request assistance from Management as needed.
--- Other duties as assigned.
What we need from you:
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with management and hourly associates.
Must be reliable, dependable, and flexible.
Proactive, resourceful, motivated and driven by a high sense of urgency.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Basic computer skills.
