Job Description:

The Human Resources Coordinator will be well organized and meticulous in following directions and have a high focus on attention to detail. Individual will process data entry for systems that require manual entry (i9 submissions, some HR data). Individual will maintain and create general HR reports per request for monthly business needs (headcount, compliance, turnover). The individual will support projects for each HR function.-- Responsibilities:

• Supporting our HR team onsite.
• Performing HR data entry and assisting with the creation of flow charts, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and documents in a professional manner
• Making travel arrangements
• Opening, sorting, and routing of mail
• Coordinating with Purchasing Department to order and stock office supplies in department, including marketing IBKR branded products for events. Work Experience Requirements:
  • 1 or more years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent word processing and presentation graphics skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills. Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree is required Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related major is preferred
