Job DescriptionDARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring a
Recruiter!You would be responsible (Travel) for 4 stores in the
Greenwich, CT - Mt Kisco, NY and Englewood, NJ. Position Summary:We
have an exciting opportunity for a strong Lead Recruiter to join
our HR team - automotive dealership experience is highly desired!
You will work closely with the hiring managers, operations staff
and the HR team to drive an integrated strategy that will encompass
all channels of talent - internal and external. Also critical is
building strong relationships with the hiring managers, being a
catalyst and playing a key role in influencing the entire
recruitment process.For this role, you'll need:
- Experience in a human resources organization preferred
- Automotive experience a plus but not required
- College degreed preferred
- Able to work in a fast paced goal oriented environment
- Proven track record of creatively recruiting and hiring all
levels of talent and building an innovative and sustainable
strategy.
- Strong knowledge of the entire recruitment function -- talent
acquisition practices, principles and applications including
attraction, interviewing and assessment.
- Demonstrated skill with HR technology such as applicant
tracking systems, Workday experience a plus!In this role, you'll:
- Assist the HR with all HR functions and recruiting for the
dealership
- Responsible for all recruitment efforts for each position with
the organization.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Able to recruit new talent to help grow the business
- Partner with ownership to assess the human resources needs of
the business
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting efforts to meet business
goals.
- Assist with HR projects that will have a direct impact on
business and culture in the future
- Provide guidance and direction to managers and staff with
regard to employee relations' issues including reviewing
complaints, conducting investigations and recommendations
- Research, develop and administer compensation programs that are
consistent with our goals
- Work closely with payroll and assist in the implementation of
various HR related systems
- Assist with the development and management of employee
relations programs, risk
- Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center
