The organizations Economic Mission asks team members to manage the Company for sustainable financial growth; the Social Mission compels team members to use the Company in innovative ways to make the world a better place.About This RoleThe team at END-Labs is looking for a Scrum Master to join the Engineering Team, reporting to the VP of Engineering. The Scrum Master will coordinate and coach the END-Labs software development team, focusing on producing high-quality work to bring products to market. This role will manage timelines, resolve problems, and coach team members on Agile methodologies within the software development life cycle. A key focus will be creating self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Teams to plan deliverables and help monitor team progress and performance
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile methodologies and facilitate internal communication and collaboration
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and expectations at the end of each sprintRequirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role; 7+ years of total related experience (higher education may be considered)
  • Familiarity with software development and thorough knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
  • Experience with documentation platforms such as Jira
  • Ability to understand and represent the technology, the business, and our users
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM and/or PSM)
  • Self-starter, organized and detail oriented with strong communication skills
  • Enjoyment for working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environmentAdditional, Optional Qualifications
    • Experience in or a passion for DeFi, Fintech or the Crypto industry
    • Experience working with a distributed development team across time zones
    • Experience with Google G-Suite (Sheets, Pages, etc)
    • Bachelors degree in related fieldBenefits
