Job Description:As Media Investment Lead, you will be required to negotiate local media buys, maintain schedules. In this position you will also oversee an Associate on daily task and be responsible for all matters of stewardship. The ideal candidate is flexible and can modify his or her approach based on marketplace conditions and the evolving needs of our clients, utilizing their experience and judgment to accomplish goals. Job Qualifications:Suitable candidates have the following experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant agency/buying experience
• Superb negotiation skills
• Strong relationships with station contacts
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Detail oriented and able to produce accurate work
• Highly organized and a self-starter who thinks outside the box
• Ability to interact with key top management
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Strata and SQAD a plus.
• Barter experience is a plus but not required
