This role is pivotal in developing strategic software solutions that enhance our financial services, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our global clientele. As a Principal Engineer, you will lead design and development initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across departments to implement scalable projects. Design, develop and implement critical software solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project goals. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements. Maintain and improve existing software architecture. Expertise in Java, C#, or similar programming languages. Strong understanding of microservices and cloud architecture. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Proficient in DevOps tools and practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
