Job Description:
Are you customer obsessed, results-driven, and a proven sales
leader who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments? If so,
this role was built for you. Hub Delivery is one of Amazon's
fastest-growing Last Mile channels, partnering with small business
owners to deliver packages in their communities. As a Business
Development Manager (BDM), you will lead a regional team of
field-based sales associates responsible for recruiting new Hub
Delivery Partners — local small businesses that become a critical
part of Amazon's Last Mile delivery network. Logistics operations
experience is highly valuable for this role. Ideal candidates bring
expertise in network planning, route optimization, capacity
management, or last-mile delivery operations gained through roles
within Amazon's logistics network (Amazon Logistics, Hub Delivery,
Transportation, or Fulfillment Operations) or through equivalent
positions with external carriers, third-party logistics providers,
freight companies, or supply chain organizations. This background
enables effective management of operational metrics, process
improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration
required to scale logistics networks in fast-moving environments.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of
sales, community engagement, and operational execution. You will
own regional acquisition targets, build and develop a sales team,
and serve as the connective tissue between local communities,
delivery station teams, and Amazon leadership. Key job

scale best practices for pipeline management, relationship
cultivation, and partner conversion * Design and deliver ongoing
sales training to elevate team performance * Track and report on
sales performance through Salesforce; present results and insights
to Amazon leadership * Identify workflow inefficiencies and
implement operational improvements that enhance both team
productivity and the applicant experience * Develop programs and
initiatives to reach key demographics and expand the partner base
in your region *Role requires ~25% travel throughout region About
